2025 BYD Han DMI

The 2024 BYD Han DM-i is a medium and large plug-in hybrid sedan with remarkable features. Here is a simple English introduction:

The front face of the Han DM-i features a rectangular grille with oversized dots and is equipped with sharp "dragon whiskers" headlights and a front bezel filled with C-shaped blacked strips on each side. The body side adopts the main fastback layout, with hidden door handles and oversized enclosed wheels. The rear end continues the "Chinese knot" design of the crossover tail lights and uses a large rear surround with numerous blacked-out elements to mirror the front face.

The new Han DM-i uses a new light gray paint finish on the steering wheel, central control area, door interiors and front/rear seats, along with the original compact electronic gear lever and multi-lever. It is equipped with an oversized hanging central control display and a full LCD instrumentation, which further enhance the overall quality and texture of the interior. It also upgrades to the DiLink 5.0 smart connected car system and is equipped with heating/ventilation for the steering wheel and front seats. In addition, it has rich functions such as lane departure warning, active braking, automatic parking, blind spot monitoring, and full-speed adaptive cruise control.

It adopts the DM-i super hybrid system, which combines a 1.5T engine and an electric motor. The engine has a maximum power of 102kW and a maximum torque of 231N·m. There are two power versions of the drive motor. The maximum power of the normal version is 145kW with a maximum torque of 316N·m, and the maximum power of the high-performance version is 360kW with a maximum torque of 675N·m. The car is equipped with two battery packs, with pure electric cruising ranges of 121 kilometers and 200 kilometers respectively, and the corresponding pure electric energy consumption per 100 kilometers is 15kWh and 22kWh. The official acceleration time from 0 to 100 kilometers is 7.9 seconds for the normal version and 3.7 seconds for the high-performance version. The WLTC comprehensive fuel consumption is 1.71L/100km for the normal version and 0.82L/100km for the high-performance version.

The whole system is equipped with the FSD variable damping suspension system and the aluminum alloy multi-link independent suspension system, which comprehensively improve the driving quality.
